Set the Crystal, Set the Skin

This piece is an extension of Skin Anecdote collection, it values, celebrates and highlights women’s postpartum skin on stomach with Swarovski repurposed crystals. 

I explored ways to setting the stones as how they would be set on our body, and explored a new way of tension setting. The piece embeds on the cloth like looking through the cloth to the skin.
